For athletes to be able to perform they move and switch movements frequently. These athletes vary from different speeds and intensities quit often. In order for the athletes to maintain a quick movement they need to maintain their posture through out the duration of their event. Having good posture is where you are aware of holding yourself that does not but a strain on your back whenever you are doing a certain position or action.
